How We Make It

Our Traditional Process:

  • Cultured Curd: We first convert fresh cow milk into curd using natural fermentation.
  • Churning: The curd is churned to extract makkhan (white butter).
  • Heating: This butter is slowly heated in traditional vessels to obtain aromatic, golden ghee.
  • Filtration & Packing: The ghee is carefully filtered and packed without additives.
